Our youth baseball organization offers the best athletic development in the Midwest with over 120+ hours of comprehensive off-season training, including strength and conditioning and in-house metric testing. Our 22,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility supports a 12-week speed and conditioning program and 16-week skills training. We provide unmatched exposure opportunities with nationally ranked teams, prestigious tournament participation, and a strong track record of players advancing to college and professional levels. Our experienced coaching staff, with over 40 years of combined collegiate and professional experience, delivers top-tier instruction and guidance.
Our youth baseball program is dedicated to fostering exceptional talent and athletic prowess through comprehensive player development initiatives. Our state-of-the-art 22,000 sq ft facility boasts a cutting-edge weight room equipped with the latest technology, including HitTrax, Rapsodo, and slow-motion capture tools. Our holistic training regimen includes:
- Speed, Strength, and Conditioning: A 12-week program comprising 24 sessions per team, designed to enhance athletic performance. We conduct bi-annual metric testing to create comprehensive athlete profiles, tracking 25+ key metrics to monitor progress and tailor training.
- Skills Training (Hitting, Pitching, Catching, Infield): Spanning 16 weeks with 48 intensive sessions, our skills training program focuses on developing essential baseball techniques and honing each player’s abilities.
Our program offers unparalleled exposure opportunities, enabling our athletes to compete on a national stage and catch the eye of scouts and recruiters. Highlights include:
- Nationally Ranked Teams: Over the past few years, our teams have consistently been nationally ranked, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
- National Level Play (12u-18u): Through our HitDogs National Team, players have the chance to compete at the highest levels, showcasing their talents across the country.
- Prestigious Tournaments: Participation in renowned tournaments such as Kernels and Perfect Game, providing critical exposure to top-tier competition.

The Windy City Hit Dogs are the only program in the midwest to provide over 120+ hours of comprehensive Off-Season Training which includes strength and conditioning along with in-house player metric testing and profiling. Our state of the art weight room is equipped with cutting edge technology including HitTrax and Rapsodo. Players receive 12 weeks of physical training and 16 weeks of skills training.
